2. Permitted use
- Use the website for genuine personal or business enquiries about VYRA products and services.
- Use certificate links and grading information to review or verify the relevant diamond.
- Provide accurate information when submitting a form or communicating with VYRA.
3. Prohibited activity
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, security testing, data interception or disruption of the website.
- Do not submit fraudulent, misleading, abusive or unlawful content through forms.
- Do not scrape, harvest or systematically reproduce stock, images, certificates or site content for commercial use without written permission.
- Do not impersonate another person or use another person’s contact information without authority.
4. Certificate use
Certificates are provided to support transparency about listed stock. Report numbers, grading details and certificate images must not be altered or presented in a way that misrepresents the associated diamond. Independent grading remains subject to the grading laboratory’s own terms and records.
5. Stock and reservations
Stock shown online may be sold, reserved or withdrawn. A website listing does not create a reservation. A reservation or purchase is effective only after VYRA confirms it directly.
6. Enforcement
VYRA may restrict or suspend access, reject an enquiry or take other reasonable action where these rules, applicable law or site security are breached.
